Building on our programming expertise, we have developed a 360@home provides a range of home programs for all ages, levels & abilities, supporting fitness, wellbeing & mindfulness.
Whether you are a gym junkie, senior mover or love your group fitness classes, we have an online workout for you to follow & use from the comfort of your home.

Warming up is a way of preparing your body for exercise. As your body temperature increases you'll loosen your joints and increase blood flow to your muscles. That means less stress on joints and tendons. Warm, well-lubricated joints prepare the body to execute sudden and/or explosive movements with ease.
Of course, you are still welcome to train in the Centre as soon as we re-open.
