Victoria Park Pool are offering members brand new classes at the fitness centre, plus additional session times for the classes you love.
Introducing T30, a cardio and resistance based training that will leave you on the floor! Thirty minutes of non stop, high intensity interval training that will work every muscle in your body.
We also have HIIT 45 for those who want a challenge! This mix of pain and pleasure will bring out the monster inside of you! High intensity interval training has never been better! Builds core and works on resistance and cardio - 5 to 10 stations, 45 sec work and 30 sec rest. This is a class not to be missed!
