Some gym equipment will be unavailable for use to allow for social distancing rules.
There will be a strict no towel, no train policy. You must use either a beach or bath towel to ensure that the entire area of the equipment is covered.
All equipment must be wiped before and after use – you will find antibacterial wipes to use.
The resumption of our Take Charge, Personal Training, Exercise Physiologist and Small Group Training programs is to be announced at a later date.
Group Fitness will return on the 29th of June with a reduced timetable. Group fitness will have a strict 20-person capacity, bookings are required and can be made 48 hours prior to the class. Please book in for your class via the LINKS terminal, at reception, or by giving us a call on (02) 9518 4880.
We have been delighted that the NSW state government continually stressed the importance of exercise and we hope that you have found the 360@Home with its free online classes and other content beneficial at this time.
This has been a tough time for everyone, and we are so proud of so many of our staff who have been volunteering in their local communities providing such valuable service to the vulnerable and those in need.
Please be assured of our ongoing commitment to you and we very much look forward to welcoming you back to these facilities.
Kindest regards,
