Group Fitness

Our popular group fitness classes are a great way to build your strength, confidence and general well being. From low impact to cardio, boxing to yoga - we know you'll find something perfect for you.

Go ahead and try them all, we offer;

  • Aqua aerobics: Using water resistance increases the intensity of any movement you make, helping increase strength, flexibility and your overall health.
  • Functional training: Incorporate resistance training, aerobic and anaerobic exercises into your routine with our functional training classes.
  • Cardio classes: A wide range of fun and motivating classes to suit your health and fitness goals.
  • Wellness classes: Improve your strength, flexibility, balance and body awareness in our wellness classes.

Please note: Group fitness classes aren't run on public holidays.

Group fitness booking policy

Our group fitness programs are very popular, and booking ahead is important to secure your spot in the class.

  • We open up our class bookings 2 days in advance.
  • We understand life can get busy, if for some reason you cannot make your booked class please contact us so we can open up the booking for someone else.
  • If you don't show up for 2 classes in the same week, we will issue you with a warning.
  • If you don't show up for 3 classes in the same week, we reserve the right to suspend access to our Group Fitness facilities for 1 week.
  • For health and safety reasons, please do not enter the studio before your instructor marks your name off their attendance list.
  • Once the class has commenced, you will not be permitted to join.
